Early 2024, two-year-old Khanyi was transferred from Charlotte Maxeke Hospital, after suffering a devastating electrical burn.

Khanyi had a large open wound on her face, she couldn’t eat, crawl or even engage with the world around her.
With unwavering dedication, the Lambano team provided Khanyi with specialized medical care, nutrition, and therapy tailored to her recovery. Slowly, the transformation began. First, a flicker of movement, slowly walking and now running!
